1. I think Gatsby was a good, loving, caring guy when it came to things he loved. He treated others good but sometimes would do too much for people that didn’t appreciate it.
2. I think Nick was honest with him self even though he surrounded himself with dishonest people. He only hung out with those people because they were the only ones he knew in the area.
3. I agree with Fitzgerald because they were careless people. They were selfish people that only cared about themselves and left others out in the dust. I guess you can say their toxic ness kept them together.
4. Yes I understand why Daisy did what she did but she isn’t the nicest person. I don’t agree with her because she could have been with someone that truly loved her despite of the bad things she’s done but then again it’s her loss. & I wouldn’t let brother/son/friend be with her because it wouldn’t end up working out for them because of how selfish she is.
5. I think that last line is trying to say that we can try to do the impossible but in reality we can’t do it. We don’t have the power for it
